The website that you are trying to access might have problems with DNS settings as below.
- The website owner did not follow the last step of registration properly or changed it to an incorrect DNS settings/information. Please double check your DNS information at Cloudbric console or in your e-mail.
- The website is not added to Cloudbric, but it is pointing to Cloudbric. When you add a website to Cloudbric, you need to change your DNS information to ours within 11 hours. If not, our system deletes it so the given DNS information will be deleted as well.
- The website is deleted from our system but it is still pointing to Cloudbric (using Cloudbric’s DNS information). If you plan to delete the website while using Cloudflare, then please note that you have to delete our DNS information at Cloudflare as well.
- The website is re-added but it is pointing to another DNS information (to Cloudbric's DNS information that was given when the website was added for the first time). Please double check your DNS information at Cloudbric console or in your e-mail.
